Over priced for incompetent work

Mr R Wyatt carried out first and second fix plumbing work for myself on a job where he proceeded to remove my Bosch chop saw and halogen light has the client refused to pay him any more money then Mr R Wyatt proceed to my property to make threats in front of my partner and children this is a very rude and incompetent person who should never be able to trade as a plumber due to is behaviour.
